Position title: Online Program Coordinator
Location: South Melbourne
Reports to: The CEOs
Hours: 40 hrs per week (full-time)
Salary: $50,000 - $54,000 - Based on relevant experience (Plus travel, phone, computer, super + growth perks)
Start date: Early May / ASAP
We are PROJECT ROCKIT: Australia’s youth-driven movement against bullying, hate and prejudice. As a for-purpose business, for 10+ years, we’ve delivered high impact face-to-face workshops to over 200,000 young people and have earned the reputation in schools as the ‘student-favourite’ in anti-bullying interventions.
Earlier this year, we launched PROJECT ROCKIT Online; a groundbreaking new online program that is designed to take our Victorian-based organisation national. Our team is driven, passionate and relentlessly committed to making school a safer learning place for all young people. We’re looking for someone who shares our vision and wants to kickstart a meaningful career at PROJECT ROCKIT.
We’re seeking a confident, passionate and hard working person to take on the role of Online Program Coordinator. The key aims of the role are to grow awareness of PROJECT ROCKIT Online in schools through outreach, coordinate program enrolments and build close, long lasting relationships with teachers. This is an opportunity to join us at the start of an exciting growth challenge. Undertake telephone marketing - regular outreach to expand database and recruit new schools
Develop and maintain PROJECT ROCKIT’s strong relationships with schools, helping teachers feel positive, confident and in control
Respond to all incoming enquiries and manage sales process from initial contact through to preparing sales orders
Assist enrolled schools with technical support and troubleshooting
Prepare engaging and creative mail-outs (using Mailchimp)
Build a large interstate database of meaningful teacher contacts
Prepare and present quarterly sales reports to track performance

Demonstrated commitment to social change/youth issues
Passionate, confident and outgoing with a love for connecting people
Meticulous, methodical approach with a keen eye and love for details
Ability to sell or persuade in an authentic, compelling and memorable way
Proven self-starter (can work independently) but thrives in team work and collaboration
Avid user of technology, social media and digital communications (We’re a youth org!)
Ability to learn the foundations of a tech product in order confidently provide tech support
Outstanding communicator with ability to speak with a PROJECT ROCKIT voice
Desired but not essential
Demonstrated sales experience (telephone marketing, KPI-driven sales strategies, invoicing, using CRM systems)
An understanding of school environments and what makes teachers tick
