Meta x PROJECT ROCKIT
Meta wanted to understand how social media algorithms shape what teens see. We surveyed 1,000+ young Australians, had 16 of them co-author the report, and turned the findings into a video series that reached over a million people.
Roblox x PROJECT ROCKIT
Roblox wanted design guidelines that actually reflected what young gamers wanted. We ran a three-hour design jam with 40 gamers aged 9 to 13, craft materials and all, and came out with guidelines their developers could use.
Cotton On Foundation x PROJECT ROCKIT
Born This Way Foundation and Cotton On Foundation wanted to be proactive in supporting youth mental well-being. Young people created a kindness campaign. 25 young people made one. It hit 800,000 views and schools are still using it.
Future Generation Global x PROJECT ROCKIT
Future Generation Global wanted young people's judgment on where their money should go. Young people assessed 28 grant applications, interviewed the leaders behind them, and helped decide who got funded.

What you get
A defined scope and timeline, not an open-ended engagement. A cohort matched to your brief. Every safeguarding, consent and payment obligation is handled before you're in the room. An output you can actually use - report, campaign, workshop findings, design guidelines, video. And if it's good, we can help amplify it through our own youth-led channels, not just hand it over and walk away.
Good fits: a campaign that needs to be youth-made, not youth-approved. Research where lived experience changes the answer. A product that needs real input from the people who'll use it. A high-stakes moment - a launch, a report, a submission - where you need it right the first time.

When one project isn't the point.
You might not need a campaign or one-off engagement. Some organisations need young people in the room every quarter, building real expertise in how you operate.
Telstra Foundation worked with us to convene 24 young people aged 12 to 18 as a standing Youth Advisory Council. We facilitate and manage the Council and in partnership with the YAC, Telstra Foundation help set the agenda and have a cohort of young people who come to know and understand their work, and bring their lived experience to it. The Council co-designed the survey behind the inaugural Australian Youth Digital Index and represented the Foundation at national events and in media. That relationship is still running and heading into its forth year.
What this looks like
A council or advisory group we convene and facilitate on a regular cadence. The same trusted young people building expertise in your organisation over time, not a fresh group every time you call. Direct input into your programs or strategy, not a one-off consultation you point to once. Reporting built in, so you can show your board what actually changed.
Good fits: an organisation with a standing need for youth input - a foundation, a platform, a government agency. Anyone who tried a one-off youth panel before and watched it fizzle. Partners who want young people's voice built into how decisions get made, not bolted onto a campaign after the fact.
