ADVICE & INSIGHT
We can involve young people in offering feedback, or supporting your decision making processes through mechanisms that are tailored to ensure that you get authentic and meaningful input from young people - driven by their lived experience and understanding of your brand or research area.
CO-DESIGN & CO-CREATION
We collaborate directly with young people to co-create content, campaigns, and educational resources that address issues impacting their lives that are aligned with PROJECT ROCKIT social purpose. We partner with you to ensure that your organisation's knowledge and expertise connects with young people to produce impactful outcomes.
INTEGRATE PERSPECTIVES
We can do this from a low touch to a high touch approach. Integrating young people’s perspectives can involve a small number of young people integrating into your organisation and working directly with your teams through building and managing your own youth advisory or engagement structures.

OUR YOUTH COLLECTIVE
As a youth-driven movement, our Youth Collective and Impact Network is at the centre of how Launchpad supports your organisation.
Young people are involved in every aspect of the work we do from developing and presenting workshops, to involvement in organisational decision making and working with governments and organisations to achieve change.
Our Impact Network includes 1000s of individual young people who join through our programs and youth-led or youth-centred organisations with whom we collaborate, support and whose visions align with our own.

We have partnered with many national and international organisations, supporting them to draw on the perspectives and lived experience of young people to improve their outcomes and impact.

RECENT PROJECTS
Kindness is Contagious
We worked with Born This Way Foundation and Cotton On Foundation to develop a campaign to drown out the toxic online content through an online campaign and resources for schools to spread kindness.
Shaping Our Feeds
We were supported by Meta to undertake a co-research and youth created content project with over 1000 young people to gather insights and share their perspectives on how they understand, adapt and make algorithmic content work for them.
ADVISED FUNDING
We supported Future Generation (FG) to assess their shortlist of 30 child-centred organisations in a recent funding round. Our youth advisers interviewed all short-listed candidates and assessed applications, then reported back to Future Generation to support the final funding decisions.
