With over 13 years in fundraising, Adelaide has worked across the full spectrum of the not-for-profit sector from large, complex organisations to lean teams where you wear every hat. Along the way, she's built diverse, sustainable fundraising strategies spanning philanthropy, corporate partnerships, individual giving, and campaigns.
Most recently working in the prevention space, she walked away with a deep appreciation for the power of early intervention. She's drawn to Project Rockit with its innovative youth-led approach, and the smart set up behind the social enterprise and foundation model.
Adelaide's commitment to social justice isn't just a value it's the reason she landed in the not-for-profit sector and never looked back. She currently sits on the board of Haymarket Foundation, walking the talk by helping drive support for people experiencing homelessness and the most complex of circumstances.
Away from the office, you'll find her on the sidelines and usually in a park somewhere playing soccer with her two young boys, chasing any excuse to be outside or in the water, and getting lost in a good book.
