Holding a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Politics and Crime, Justice, and Legal Studies. Ella brings both critical thinking and social awareness to her work. Her passion for youth leadership, deep belief in unconditional positive regard, and commitment to inclusive spaces are at the core of everything she does.
As a country girl, now living and working in the city, Ella’s always happy to share an unexpected tale of her outdoorsy upbringing. She's passionate about sustainability, the arts, and making learning not just accessible, but also aesthetic and joyful. As a theatre kid, her charismatic and creative approach to program design helps young people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
