Meet Ella (she/her), our Operations Coordinator and experienced Program Presenter. Ella is currently in an acting role as Head of School Programs.
With over six years of experience working closely with school staff and students across Australia, Ella brings a wealth of expertise in developing and facilitating youth-centred programs. Ella empowers young people to investigate their values and aspirations and works to build spaces where young people can actualise a more kind and inclusive world.
Currently in her third year with PROJECT ROCKIT, Ella is committed to fostering a culture of encouragement and celebration, recognising the vital role today's youth play as the leaders of our world's future.
Outside of her work, Ella is also a passionate musical theatre lover, and you may notice that her adoration for the entertaining world of showbiz often shines through in her presentations. Ella believes in using creativity and engagement to drive positive change and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people. That's showbiz, kid!
