Sophie brings a background in social innovation and strategy where she worked directly with parents and young people experiencing disadvantage to support their education. She's passionate about social change and believes deeply in the power of young people to shape the future.
Sophie takes a deeply relational approach to her work, driven by a deep belief in Project Rockit's ability to help students and educators spread radical kindness until it becomes the norm.
Outside of work you will usually find Sophie riding around on her bike, playing AFL, and playing her vinyls.
