Sharni (she/her) is our General Manager here at PROJECT ROCKIT.
With a background in the advertising and media industry, Sharni has worked with a huge range of the biggest brands in Australia, leading and launching campaigns for over 25 years. Her career has been built on trusted relationships, inspirational ideas, teamwork, sharp results, and a bucketload of hard work. Her dedication, collaboration, and integrity have allowed her to consistently deliver business success across strategic and sales targets and care deeply enough to grow and nurture staff through delivering impactful people first solutions.
Sharni is deeply grounded in her personal values and understands life is about continuous developmental growth. Walking the walk, her values drive her decisions. Whether that was moving from Hawthorn to build a house on 43 acres in the Yarra Valley, to how she shows up for her friends and family, as well as her dedication to raising two beautiful young men. It's also these values, and a desire to elevate her career with more purpose that had led her to be a huge part of the impact at PROJECT ROCKIT. Sharni truly believes that we can all be agents of change, and that our kids, given the space and opportunity, will be exceptional, phenomenal in fact!
Sharni's passion flows beyond PROJECT ROCKIT and you can find her barefoot walking, listening to house music, cold river plunging, making homemade jams or her Nanna's Ukrainian Pierogi. Sharni loves a bonfire, reading in a hammock under the trees, moon gazing and spending time with her amazing friends.
