Shannon aka Shan (they/them) is stepping into their second year of presenting with Project Rockit, bringing a deeply empathetic, authentic and passionate approach to connecting with young people across the country to empower change. They know change starts with a small flickering ember, which with collective action can transform into an unstoppable fire.
Six years working across various social enterprises in a myriad of capacities; marketing, partnerships, fundraising and people and culture, has led Shan to wearing the hat as Presenter with Project Rockit. Shan also runs their own business hosting Wedding/Love ceremonies to celebrate all the diverse shapes of connection & love. Feeling strongly about the fight for equal rights for the queer community.
Wearing their heart on their sleeve and unapologetically showing up as themselves is deeply infectious to those they come in contact with!
