Sammy is a passionate and dynamic facilitator in her third year of presenting with PROJECT ROCKIT. With 5 years experience in tutoring, running dance classes, creating holiday programs and facilitating school workshops, and a Youth Ambassador, Sammy has a wealth of experience working with young people and a drive to empower the community to be more youth driven and inclusive. In stark contrast, on weekends Sammy runs her own business as a children’s entertainer performing at parties, events and festivals. Sammy loves to help create a comfy space for Secondary students to speak their mind and ask tough questions, and she is fully in her element in Primary workshops having lots of fun with them and making sure they all get a chance to feel heard. When Sammy isn’t working with young people you’ll find her playing soccer, listening to Taylor Swift or forcing you to look at pictures of her dog, Dasha says hi! |
