Our Online Program is made up of 4 x 30 minute online workshops. When you book all four workshops you also receive access to a 20 minute talk from PROJECT ROCKIT co-founders and CEO, Rosie Thomas OAM. All workshops can be easily delivered in-school or learning remotely and provide over 2.5 hours of vital wellbeing support.

All online learning is supported with follow-up exercises, discussion questions, posters, and handouts that can be downloaded for free.
Learning outcomes are aligned to the Australian Wellbeing framework for schools and fit to the Australian curriculum years 5-9 milestones.
The series is easy and flexible to access from any internet browser. Workshops can be run using a central classroom screen or individual devices.
Primary and Secondary programs
As Primary students step into the online world they need support to explore it in a safe and positive way. We'll share practical strategies to build healthy digital wellbeing and learn how to grow awesome friendships and connection - on and offline. Secondary students are spending more time than ever online for learning and their social lives. This series is all about empowering young people to challenge (cyber)bullying, support peers, navigate the online world safely and develop tools for digital wellbeing. Through critical thinking and reflection-based tasks, students will build a toolkit of strategies to make the most of online world, while looking out for each other and creating meaningful connection.See Secondary Online Program
